SUBMIT YOUR SHORT FILM FOR THE UPCOMING EDITION.
We are looking for young and emerging filmmakers, whether self-taught or formally trained, who share Horizon’s mission: to broaden youth perspectives in the world of cinema and to share their vision across the globe.
