HORIZON IS A TRAVELING SHORT FILM FESTIVAL THAT PROMOTES EMERGING CINEMATIC TALENT

Horizon is a traveling short film festival held across Europe and around the world. The festival offers a new opportunity for young filmmakers from all over the globe to come together at screening events, present their films, and exchange ideas about their inspirations and practices, with the aim of building a genuine professional network.

The aim of these gatherings is to provide young creatives with a space to showcase and discuss their work, with the opportunity to give it international exposure, explore new perspectives, and build connections with other young people from different parts of the world—thereby highlighting their emerging creativity within the global film industry.

The screenings organized as part of the Horizon festival seek to present young people’s perspectives on the world through art and its cinematic expression.

Horizon is a team of five people working on each edition to discover the best talents in every host country and to curate an ever richer and more powerful program.
