HORIZON PARIS

For its very first edition, the HORIZON festival chose to set down roots at home, in Paris. It was in the French capital that this traveling festival began its journey, launching an adventure defined by discovery, exchange, and creation.

This inaugural Parisian stop brought together four young filmmakers from France, Great Britain, and Spain. Each of them had the opportunity to present their short film to the audience, as well as to meet other young filmmakers and industry professionals.

This moment of sharing fostered artistic exchanges and encouraged new collaborations among a young generation of passionate creators.

The event took place over the course of an evening at the Centre Paris Anim’ Louis Lumière, located in the 20th arrondissement. It brought together no fewer than 170 spectators, eager to discover the films on screen and support emerging European talent. A friendly, promising, and engaging first edition, it set the tone for the next stages of the HORIZON festival.
